Well it happened to a local Barnet Company.
And the reason?
NONE OF THE DIRECTORS OWED ANY BANK ANY MONEY!
They had the money to open the account and stipulated that they did not want to borrow
and suddenly they were of no use as they only wanted to open the account to start a business
serving the local Barnet community.
Perhaps their first job should be to visit ABBEY and explain that help in the community means
more than how much a company can be in debt to a bank.
With this in mind, BARNET4U is setting up a BANK WATCH where you can name and shame, gripe
and moan about the banks that have treated you with anything other than the service they advertise
and that you deserve.
Banks are there to look after OUR money. We don't expect them to do it for nothing as companies have
to answer to shareholders rather than you, the customer.
Fair enough and nothing can change that. But perhaps through this page we can see cases where even
the greed of the banks have overstepped the mark in taking YOUR money.
